first prototype

Hi.

We've postponed our testing a bit further, but to show you that we are making some progress, I've uploaded our first basic prototype to the FTP, under AI:

I built it as a Windows standalone. If you prefer Mac, let me know.

We're going to conduct a pre-test on the existing games to determine what a few users feel are the pros and cons of a few combat systems. We're going to make sure some are inexperienced, moderately and experienced gamers.

Subsequently, we're going to conduct another test on how to control melee weapons.
The result will eventually lead to a decision on how to control the weapon - either through manipulating the weapon directly (as the prototype I've uploaded), or by drawing a 2D path with the mouse and programatically having the weapon follow it - or something else.
