    Hi again Eric,

I spend an hour looking up Star Wars and Star Trek environment designs etc. today and found some stuff I felt was useful. Anyways, here is a new idea for a roundshop. Don't wanna do to much to it yet if its not in the correct direction though, so your feedback would be appreciated Smile

uploaded to the folder "roundshopv4" in my working folder.

I've uploaded a newer version of the roundshopv4 (its now entitled "roundshop4_1) in the folder roundshopv4/version 4.1

I've also given it some fast shaders to play with the colourscheme. Im still missing some enterior stuff (including some beams) on the first and second floor, along with some kind of roof or more elborate opening. And of course the main entrance...

I've uploaded the maya 2009 file into the same folder as mentioned above. I personally like the new design better than my old ones and look forward to try some texturing... and if I'm lucky; some zbrush. I still need to delete some edges in the present maya file (since they are not visible) and then of course finish the model.

    s,

cool, I will show you all my stuff next week:) For now I have a question, Are you using layers for your geometry? How are you breaking down your scene?

I usually divide the geometry into layers after I'm done. But I'm keeping the parts seperated as objects so it should be straight forward. Don't know if this is the answer you were looking for or...?
